If you are an eligible patient, you may be eligible for a free flu shot under the government supplied seasonal influenza vaccines. For all other patients we offer the flu shots for a low fee of $10 for the trivalent strains and $15 for the quadvalent strains.

Your medical record is a confidential document. it is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
Home visits are available for our regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Please discuss with one of our reception staff if you need to book a home visit.

Telephone calls / E-mails
Telephone calls do interrupt consultations and inconvenience patients in the surgery. We ask that telephone calls be kept to a minimum. In many cases, our office staff will be able to assist you with your inquiry.
Emails will be attended to as soon as possible. if you are after test results, the receptionist staff will not be able to assist you. if your test results are urgent, our nurse will contact you immediately, once it has been revised by a doctor, either via a call, text, email or letter. it is also the patient's responsibility to return for all tests performed.
